Return Policy
Knight's Beauty Supply accepts returns on saleable merchandise with proof of purchase receipt. Returns within 30 days of invoice date will be credited at full invoice value. Returns after 30 days of invoice date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items returned without proof of purchase receipt if accepted credit will be issued at the lowest sale price on record and subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Makeup and Cosmetics…
Knight’s Beauty Supply will replace unused makeup and cosmetics up to 30 days after purchase for like products. All other items of this type are not exchangeable. All items must have invoice or proof of purchase receipt to be exchanged.
Shears, Clippers, & Combs…
Knight’s Beauty Supply will accept shears, clippers, and/or combs that are defective or shipped in error for up to 30 days after purchase. Shears, clippers, and/or combs cannot be returned after 30 days.
Pre-packed Deals & Kits…
Knight's Beauty Supply will accept returns on complete pre-packed deals only with proof of purchase receipt. Returns within 30 days of invoice date will be credited at full invoice value. Returns accepted after 30 days from date of invoice will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Items returned without proof of purchase receipt if accepted credit will be issued at the lowest sale price on record and subject to a 30% restocking fee.
